| General Term of Sale Inspection of Product upon Receipt: You must examine the Product and Accessories when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Linstopia within 7 days from the date of delivery or picked up.
Shipment and Title: Linstopia will arrange to ship the Product and/or Accessories to your address per your request. Title to the Product and/or Accessories passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Linstopia Limited Warranties TopiaGear Systems: Linstopia warrant the TopiaGear notebook system to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase including part and labor.
All other parts: All other products carried and sold by Linstopia are subjected to manufacturer warranty. No refunds are allowed for clearance items. All clearance products are denoted by an asterisk (*) has 30 days warranty only from the date of the original receipt.
Technical Service: For technical service performed by Linstopia, there will be 90 days warranty for labor.
Exclusions: Under Linstopia Warranty & Support Program, coverage will not apply to defects or damage resulting from:
Improper packing during return shipment to us
Viruses or Trojan horses
Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke
OS deletion or corruption by user attempt to re-install the OS.
Damages for loss of data or software restoration
Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
Water damage of any kind
Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories
Failure to provide the proper installation environment
Peripherals not purchased from Linstopia or unauthorized attachments
Service by any other service center
Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered

Linstopia will refund the original purchase price of the Product, Accessories, Unperformed Service and Applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, CUSTOM FEE, INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED (Including Applicable Sales Taxes) THAT YOU PAID WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. Return Procedures How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number?
Online: You can use our customer service form and select the Return / Exchange option any time to obtain an RMA number. A RMA number will be issued within one to two business days after we receive your request.
By Phone: You can call 1-800-XXXXXX to talk to one of our service representatives to obtain a RMA number also. Please have your invoice ready before you call.
Return Product within 7 days after the RMA number is issued
The return merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. You are responsible for the product and accessories until Linstopia receive them, and you are responsible for all shipping handling, and insurance charges. Any of these charges paid by Linstopia will be deducted from your refund. For your protection, Linstopia always recommends you to insure the shipment for full value.
How Long will it take for the Refund to be issued after Linstopia receive the returned merchandise?
Refund will be issued after 14 business days after the merchandise is received and upon inspection. Linstopia will deduct all the missing or damaged product and accessories. Exclusion Under no circumstances is Linstopia responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during use of the item purchased from Linstopia or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to a replacement product or, at Linstopia's discretion, a refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Except and to the extent expressly set forth above, there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and Linstopia expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein.
