Return & Refund Policy:
No refunds are allowed after 30 days from the date the merchandise was delivered to the customers. Clearance item sales with "AS-IS" condition. All clearance sales is considered final and no refunds will be given.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any item purchased from Linstopia.com. You must return the merchandise within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. See below on how to obtain a RMA number

Most items including clearance items purchased from Linstopia that become defective within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice are eligible for exchange. All items must be in new and resalable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
Original receipt required for any return and refund.
Shipping, Custom Fee (for International Customers) and Handling Fee are not refundable.
Special order items are subject to 40% restocking fee if returned.
Linstopia reserves the right to charge restocking fee to any customers up to 20% for any item returned
Opened software, CD titles, blank CD, diskettes, printer cartridges and books may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.
Printers can only be returned and refunded if toner/cartridge has not been installed.
Return Procedures How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number?
Online: You can use our customer service form and select the Return / Exchange option any time to obtain an RMA number. A RMA number will be issued within one to two business days after we receive your request.
By Phone: You can call 1-800-XXXXXX to talk to one of our service representatives to obtain a RMA number also. Please have your invoice ready before you call.
Return Product within 7 days after the RMA number is issued
The return merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. You are responsible for the product and accessories until Linstopia receive them, and you are responsible for all shipping handling, and insurance charges. Any of these charges paid by Linstopia will be deducted from your refund. For your protection, Linstopia always recommends you to insure the shipment for full value.
How Long will it take for the Refund to be issued after Linstopia receive the returned merchandise?
Refund will be issued after 14 business days after the merchandise is received and upon inspection. Linstopia will deduct all the missing or damaged product and accessories. To check your refund or RMA status, you can use our customer service form or call 1-800-XXXXXX to talk to one of our service representatives.
